Nope! Everyone is welcome! Come join us even if you have never attended classes or been in the facility before.

It is encouraged to go twice a week as your cost includes the 16 classes. But you will still attain benefits and acquire knowledge even if you can only attend once a week!

You can sign up and pay via the registration link on crossfitwinterpark.com or you can sign-up in person at the gym. Please note, there are no refunds and payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

Why do you need my email?

Every week you will get an email that re-caps the exercises we did. This email will include a suggested program of how to incorporate these movements into your daily routine. There will also be video links showing you how these movements are done.

Will every class be different?

There will be some variation in each class however, you will see some repeated movements in each class. Repetition is important for understanding the movement well and for seeing results. Our goal is to build on exercises each week as we travel around different parts of the body.

Is this a fast-paced class?

No! Expect to move slowly and repeat movements. At times, you will be asked to hold for 30-60 seconds at a time to focus on breathing and sensations within the body.

What do I need to bring to class? Do I need my own props/mat?

You are not required to bring anything to class, but we encourage you to bring water.

Here is a list of suggested items and their household counterparts in case want to bring your things:

Yoga mat or large towel

Sweat towel

Yoga blocks or books of equal size

Bolster or a folded towel/blanket Yoga strap or a leg of stretchy pant/shirt, belt to a robe, leash
