See below for this week's schedule. We always get a huge crowd for the annual CFWP Thanksgiving Chipper and hope to see many of you there! Make sure you reserve a spot as this ONE class at 9:30am can fill up. If you plan on dropping in, use THIS LINK to pay and reserve your spot ahead of time. Since we have two classes on Friday, the class cap is a little higher, but you'll still want to reserve in advance. Thank you to all of you that showed up for our 12-Year Anniversary workout and celebration on Saturday Oct. 4th! It’s always been more than just workouts and PRs at CFWP.
